Oswego is the last protection for a boater entering Lake Ontario from the Oswego Canal. Located at the junction of the Oswego River and Lake Ontario. The large harbor provides protection from the great waves of Lake Ontario. The city and harbor provide a boater with numerous amenities including marinas, restaurants, and more!

Harborfest

• July 23 - 26, 2009
• During the past 22 years Harborfest has brought exciting events and great entertainment to Central New York. During that time, Harborfest grew from a small local festival to a major regional event by bringing national performance acts and the ever-popular fireworks show to more than 250,000 people to the City of Oswego.
